1. Information we collect
From you (website visitors and prospects): name, business name, email, phone number (optional), what services you're interested in, who referred you, and anything you write in our forms or emails.
From our clients (businesses that use our services): business details, billing information (handled by our payment processor), account access you grant us (for example, Google Business Profile manager access), menus and prices, and settings for your helper.
About our clients' customers (on the client's behalf): names, phone numbers, call recordings or transcripts, text messages, orders, appointment details and review content. We process this information only to provide services to the client business, which is responsible for having permission to share it with us.
Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through standard server logs and any analytics we use.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your requests and provide, set up and improve our services
- To answer calls, send texts, take orders and draft review replies for our clients
- To send account, billing and service messages
- To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with law and carrier rules
We use AI tools to provide our services. Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant, and review replies need the business owner's approval before they post.
3. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile privacy
- We send texts only to people who provided their number and agreed to receive them. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We never share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent to anyone for their marketing.
- All of the sharing described in Section 4 excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers that deliver the messages (such as our texting provider and the carriers), which may use it only to send them.
4. How we share information
We don't sell personal information. We share it only: - With service providers who help us run the business, such as phone and texting providers (for example Twilio), email and hosting providers, AI providers, payment processors and form tools. They may use it only to provide services to us. - With the client business whose customers we're serving. For example, call details and orders go to that business. - With platforms you direct us to use, such as posting an approved reply to Google or BBB. - For legal reasons: to comply with law, a court order or a carrier requirement, or to protect rights, safety and our services. - In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, under this policy's protections.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it to provide services, meet legal, tax and carrier record-keeping requirements (including records of text opt-ins and opt-outs), and resolve disputes. When a client cancels, we delete or return their data on request, except what we're legally required to keep.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls and password management, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to opt out, anytime.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or email us.

8. Children
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
9. Health and sensitive information
We don't intend to collect health information. Dental and medical clients agree not to have us send patient review-request texts, and to tell us before using any service that could involve protected health information, so we can decide together whether it's appropriate.
10. Texas residents and others
We follow applicable U.S. and Texas law. If a state privacy law gives you additional rights, contact us and we'll honor them as required.
